New Student Orientation Program

Get connected right from the start.

Orientation is an excellent opportunity to explore valuable resources, meet other students in your area of study, and connect with an Orientation Leader. Don't miss this chance to learn about all of the essential steps it takes to become a successful FLCC student.

Upcoming Orientation Programs

We host orientation programs at the beginning of both the Fall and Spring semesters. Select the session you will attend based on the term you will be entering.

Extended Orientation

Extended Orientation is an optional opportunity for incoming students that matches them with current students to help make the transition to campus and the surrounding area as smooth as possible.

Extended Orientation occurs at the beginning of each semester and continues the orientation process for new FLCC students for the first 8 weeks of classes.

Although it's designed for students identifying with populations such as LGBTQ+, women, African American, Veteran, Asian, disabled, or Native American, it is open to all interested students.

If you participate, it's up to you how often you engage with the program.

Extended Orientation is a great way to fast track academic success, create genuine connections on campus and become a pro at all things FLCC.

If you'd like to register, you must do so separate from regular orientation.
