Student Corporation

As a 501 c 3 not-for-profit entity, our Student Corporation serves as the governing body for all students at FLCC. It has by-laws, policies, and procedures for operation of the corporation, but does not oversee policy creation for the College.

Student Corporation Structure

Student Corporation has three main sub-groups: Student Senate, Campus Activities Board, and Clubs. All students are automatically members of the Corporation and are welcome to get involved in its various activities.

Student Corporation Roles & Responsibilities

Student Cooperation provides student representatives for student body seats on College Council, Academic Senate, and the Governance Executive Committee.
