BIO 283 - Electrophoresis

Students will receive instruction on the principles of polyacrylamide and agarose gel electrophoresis and then will apply those principles in hands-on laboratory activities focused on these two laboratory methods. Students will engage in the design of experiments and then utilize these tools to explore their experimental questions. Prerequisite: Take BIO-121 with a Minimum Grade of C-
