Financial Aid
The financial aid office at FLCC assists students and families understand and complete the financial aid process. We provide valuable information about grants and scholarships, and can help you reduce the cost of college through individual financial aid advising sessions.
FAFSA Completion Partnership
FLCC is partnering with the nonprofit Trellis to remind students to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Trellis will text and send postcards to FLCC students reminding them to complete the 2024-2025 FAFSA. If you contact Trellis, they may ask you to confirm your identity using your name and date of birth. Trellis will not collect any documents or make any changes to your applications or data.

Financial Aid Resources
For help completing the FAFSA and New York State Aid applications, we recommend attending a FAFSA completion event hosted by SUNY or HESC. These events will provide guidance on the recent changes to the FAFSA and other relevant information. We advise families to complete their aid applications as soon as possible to maximize their eligibility for state and federal funding.
