Yes, You Can Save a Life: Narcan Training for Opioid Overdose Response
Tuesday, April 22, 2025
Come join Cathy Landschoot, Community Educator at Council on Alcoholism and Addictions of the Finger Lakes, for a vital training session on how to recognize and respond to an opioid overdose using Narcan (naloxone).
This hands-on workshop offers essential knowledge on identifying overdose symptoms, administering Narcan safely, and taking critical next steps in an emergency. Participants will leave equipped with life-saving skills that can make a real difference in our community. No prior medical experience is necessary—just a willingness to learn and help save a life. All current FLCC students, faculty, and staff are welcome to attend. This event is in-person only. |
