The Suites at Laker Landing
Convenience is just one benefit of living in the Suites at Laker Landing. More importantly, you’ll get opportunities to develop life-long friendships, and live in an environment that fosters your educational and personal growth.
About The Suites
The Suites at Laker Landing offer apartment-style student housing, just a short walk from your FLCC classes and college activities. They are conveniently located next to FLCC’s nature trails, basketball and tennis courts, and arboretum, and feature lighted walkways to FLCC’s main building.
The Suites are a safe, secure and supportive environment. Swipe card access, evening security personnel and security cameras help to ensure your personal security. There is also a staff of Resident Assistants that can help you transition smoothly to college life. All of these things help build a supportive student community at The Suites at Laker Landing.
Applying for housing at The Suites is a separate process from applying to FLCC. The College does not own or operate any on-campus housing. The Suites are a separate entity from that of FLCC and are owned and operated by Association Housing, LLC. If you are a future student and are newly admitted into the College, FLCC does not guarantee you housing. If interested in inquiring about The Suites, the Office of Housing and Residential Life will gladly provide guidance and answers to any questions you may have.
