The IT Helpdesk is a student centered organization that is there to assist students with:
- Questions regarding Student Email and Webadvisor
- Connecting all personal devices to the FLCCwifi network connection.
- Basic Brightspace navigation and password changes.
- Webadvisor password changes.
- Basic Microsoft questions
While the Helpdesk does assist students with personal laptops and devices, we cannot offer repair services or virus removal.
