Helpdesk
The IT Helpdesk is a student-centered organization that is there to assist students with:
- Questions regarding student email and MyFLCC
- Connecting all personal devices to the FLCC wifi network connection
- Brightspace navigation and password changes
- Student account password changes
- Microsoft software questions
While the Helpdesk does assist students with personal laptops and devices, we cannot offer repair services or virus removal.

Mon - Thur: 7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Fri: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Sat: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Winter/Summer Sessions
Mon-Fri: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Sat: Closed
