Young Nature Artists Workshop

Calling all young artists and nature explorers! Whether your child enjoys being outdoors or focusing on artwork, this workshop is a great fit for them.

Muller Field Station is hosting a young nature artists workshop for children and their families to explore outdoors, create artwork from natural elements, and learn about the unique ecological communities in the fall.

Fallen leaves and sticks have many purposes in the fall and winter: shelter for insects, food source for various species, nutrient cycling, and soil enrichment.

This workshop will introduce participants to those concepts and what artwork we can create from the environment: leaf rubbings, nature gnomes, and more! 

All ages are welcome, but this workshop is intended for ages 5-12 and their families.
