FLX AI Hub Workshop: From AI Curiosity to AI Adoption
Friday, November 06, 2026
This in-person workshop series explores AI topics in-depth.
AI is everywhere, but using AI a few times a week is not the same as adopting it across a team or organization.
In this interactive three-hour workshop, participants will learn how to identify practical AI use cases, evaluate pilot ideas, and move from experimentation to more sustainable adoption. The session will include practical frameworks such as ADKAR, Stanford’s Human Agency Scale, pilot prioritization criteria, and the BELONGING framework for supporting people through change.
"From AI Curiosity to AI Adoption: A Practical Workshop on Use Cases, Pilots, and the Human Side of Change" is a workshop for people who are new to AI, experimenting with AI a few times a week, or leading teams through AI-related change. No technical background is required.
Participants will leave with a workbook and clearer next steps for using AI in ways that are useful, responsible, and human-centered.
Instructor Quinn Karley leads this three-hour, in-person workshop at the FLCC main campus.
Advance registration is required. This workshop is one of five scheduled through Jan. 8. The cost is $99 per workshop or all five for $399.
