Scam / Phishing Alert – Fraudulent “Refund” Email
We have received reports of a phishing email targeting FLCC students claiming that student funds or refunds have been released.
The message appears to come from “FLCC” with a sender address ending in @gmail.com and may have the subject line “FLCC notice.” The email asks students to verify their refund portal information to process funds.
This message did not originate from FLCC and should be considered fraudulent.
Please remember:
- FLCC will never ask you to verify banking, login, or personal information through unsolicited email links.
- Do not click links or provide information in suspicious messages.
- Do not share your password or MFA codes with anyone.
