We start offering spaces in late May and continue making offers at the beginning of each month thereafter. If we are not able to offer you housing in a particular month, you will be placed on the waiting list and an offer may be extended the following month based on availability. The application fee is a non-refundable fee that is paid upon the submission of your housing application. The $200 security deposit is required at the time of accepting a housing placement.
