Educational Opportunity Program
Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) is a state-funded initiative that provides support services to students who despite being economically and academically disadvantaged, demonstrate the potential to successfully complete college.

- Financial advisement
- Limited financial assistance
- Pre-freshman summer extended orientation program
A first-time college student must meet academic and financial guidelines to be considered for EOP admission. First-time applicants must complete and return an application and financial eligibility form.
Applicants entering FLCC who previously attended another institution are eligible for EOP only if they are residents of New York State and have been enrolled in a similar post-secondary opportunity program such as EOP, HEOP, SEEK, or College Discovery.
Verification of previous status is required. To request EOP verification from a previous college, print and return the EOP Transfer Applicant Information Sheet
Currently Attending Students and Students Re-entering FLCC
Students are eligible for EOP only if they were previously admitted to FLCC as EOP students. Returning students may print and return the EOP Returning Student Information Sheet to the EOP office to be considered for reactivation.
