BankMobile Disbursements is used at Finger Lakes Community College to disburse financial aid credit balances to students. Please review the information below for more details.
FLCC has partnered with BankMobile Disbursements to offer the following refund options:
Deposit refunds into your existing personal checking or savings account. FLCC wires funds to BankMobile after the refund posts to the student's account. Your bank will reflect the deposit in an additional 1 to 3 business days.
You will typically receive a check 5 to 7 business days after the date of disbursal. You must ensure that BankMobile has your current address on file. Please note that updating your address with the College does not update your address with BankMobile.
BankMobile Vibe Account
Money is deposited into the BankMobile account the same business day that BankMobile receives the funds from FLCC. The BankMobile Vibe account has no monthly fee for students, no inactivity fee, no overdraft fees, no point-of-sale/PIN fees, no teller withdrawal fees, no check ordering fees, and no fee to talk to a customer service agent. New Student Information
After registering for classes, new students will receive a refund selection kit (information about selecting a refund option) from BankMobile Disbursements in the mail that looks like this:

The personal code enclosed is used to select the refund preference that best fits your needs at refundselection.com. Refunds can be excess grants, scholarships, or student loans. Follow the instructions in the kit to select your refund option.
Please keep in mind the following:
Even though you might not be expecting a refund, do not throw the refund selection kit away as you may receive a refund in the future. It is encouraged that ALL students select a refund preference immediately after receipt so they will not have to make a selection in the future. If you do not receive your kit or need a replacement card, please contact the One Stop Center at (585)785–1000 or OneStop@flcc.edu.
Returning Student Information
All OneAccount holders who wish to be transitioned to the new BankMobile Vibe Account must log into their account and select to opt in. Students with a OneAccount who do not opt into the Vibe Account, will eventually have their OneAccount closed and will need to select a new refund preference. If you select the Vibe Account, your current debit card will remain fully functional for use and won't need to be replaced until the card's expiration date.
